1. Telephone Introductory Interview:

To customize your stay, we begin with a telephone introductory meeting. During this conversation, we discuss each other’s expectations and needs so that we can get a clear picture of what is important to you. This allows us to provide the perfect environment for an unforgettable stay.

2. Social Contribution:

At Justbeintuscany, we believe in sharing happiness. A portion of the proceeds from your stay will go to a piggy bank, through which we fulfill the wishes of forgotten children and vacation wishes for children, including one parent/caregiver per child. If you know or are someone who would like to realize this wish, please fill out our application form, and we will contact you.

3. Transparent Pricing:

Our prices for rentals are customized based on your needs. After the needs assessment, you will receive a statement via email. You then decide if you agree through a confirmation email. If cancelled up to 10 days before the booking date, we will not charge a fee. In case of last-minute cancellation due to illness or relocation, the cost will not be charged after showing proof of default on your part.
